The service

Reciba extracts data (date, vendor, tax ID, subtotal, VAT and total) from invoices and receipts you upload, and lets you export it as CSV or Excel. It is a productivity tool, not an accounting, tax or legal service.

Accuracy

Extraction is performed by an AI model and, while generally accurate on clear documents, it can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every field before exporting or filing anything based on it. Reciba is not liable for errors in filings, tax returns or accounting records that result from unreviewed or incorrect data.

Plans, credits and demo payments

One credit is consumed per document processed. The Free plan includes 5 credits to try the service. Paid plans (Starter, Business) renew their credits monthly. Reciba is currently in demo mode: all checkout, upgrade and cancellation actions are simulated and no real payment is taken. This will be clearly indicated in the app at all times until real payments are enabled.

Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time from your account page. In demo mode, cancelling returns your account to the Free plan immediately.

Acceptable use

Don't use Reciba to upload documents you don't have the right to process, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves, particularly when demo payments are replaced with real ones. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
